FAQ:

What if my package arrives damaged? Point out the damaged package to the delivery driver before you sign for the package if applicable. Take detailed photos of the outside of the package and the damage contents. Contact us and we will review the images and issue replacements accordingly.

Who is responsible if my package arrives late? This is out of our control. Some delayed shipments will be reimbursed by the carrier. Contact your representative for a solution.

Do you offer local pickup? We do. You may pick up your orders from our office between the hours of 9am until 6pm Monday - Friday.

My tracking number say the package was delivered, but I cannot find it. What do I do? Once the tracking number confirms delivery to your address we are no longer responsible. Contact the shipper to file a claim.

Do you ship internationally? We currently do not offer any international shipments through our website. If you are interested in placing an order contact our sales team and we can create a custom plan to fit your needs.

Does FedEx ground deliver on Saturdays? Fedex ground will only deliver to residential address on Saturdays. You MUST contact us prior to your order if you would like to request Saturday delivery.

Disclaimer: Keep in mind weather delays and other shipping mishaps do occasionally happen and can disrupt the standard transit times. These issues will need to be resolved with your local FedEx representative. We are not responsible for any lost packages where the tracking number confirms a delivery.
